Configure Organization Profile

Navigate to Settings > Organization Profile in your left sidebar menu to establish your legal presence:

Legal Business Name: Enter your registered company name exactly as you want it pronounced by your voice agents.
Default Timezone: Ensure your timezone is precisely set so appointment bookings and automated outbound calling hours follow regional laws.
Brand Assets: Upload your brand logo and favicon for customer-facing web call widgets and email notifications.

Team Members & Role-Based Access (RBAC)

Invite collaborators and enforce least-privilege security across your calling campaigns:

Admin

Full Administrative Access

Full control over billing, purchasing phone numbers, API keys, and workspace governance.

Manager

Campaign Operations

Can create and launch calling campaigns, update agent knowledge bases, and view ROI reports.

Viewer

Read-Only Analytics

Read-only permissions to inspect call transcripts, listen to recordings, and verify quality.
